Development Clinics

 6-12 Years Old

When a child is first introduced to football between the ages of 6 and 12, his/her love for the game is sparked and developed through fun play. In order to succeed, the player must acquire a certain number of skills, find his position on the field, and comprehend the importance of collaborating with his/her teammates. Exercises for improving coordination, agility, and suppleness, as well as activities requiring quick reflexes and direction changes, are necessary development elements in this age group’s training.

13-15 Years Old

At this age, players focus on fundamental technical abilities, individual tactical awareness, and game concepts. They also begin to examine mental attributes like focus, self-assurance, willpower, and tenacity. The emphasis is on acquiring, honing, and applying the technical abilities to actual games. The training program is completed with learning the fundamentals of the game to help players read the game better, practicing team tactics during different phases of the game, and receiving additional physical training targeted at improving speed and aerobic capacity in addition to movement, coordination, and suppleness exercises.
